When can I purchase a memorial for my loved one?
When it comes to purchasing a memorial, your options are unlimited. A memorial can be purchased at the same time as a funeral or at any point after the burial has taken place. Some choose to make purchases while they’re still making funeral arrangements, while others prefer to wait until they are emotionally and financially ready. Whatever you want, we can help you make it happen!

What Is the turnaround time to complete a memorial?
The turnaround time to complete a memorial can vary, depending on the memorial selected. Our standard delivery time for most monuments is between four to six weeks. Specialty and custom-made memorials can take up to three to six months to complete since they are special orders. Everything is completed at our in-house facility, lessening the turnaround time. However, if you require your monument to be set at a specific date, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

How do I know which monument is right?
While there are several factors that go into choosing the perfect monument, we’re here to help you select the one that is just right for your loved one. In addition to helping you find just the right size, style and inscription, our team will create a computerized copy of your final memorial. This allows you to see exactly what your memorial design will look like when completed, as well as make any changes if needed before we start working on it for real.

Do you guarantee your work?
We certify that our granite memorials are made of sound granite, true in natural color and composition. We guarantee the granite will not fade, crack or disintegrate in any respect from exposure to the elements of nature, excluding lightning, fire, accidents or vandalism. We further guarantee to replace, to the purchaser of the memorial, any granite parts of the memorial that may develop any defects as indicated herein.
